They are looking for a Salesforce Consultant Apprentice to join their team!

Key Responsibilities

As a Salesforce apprentice, you will have the chance to learn about the technology by working with a registered Salesforce implementation partner alongside experienced developers, administrators, consultants and project managers. There will be opportunities for you to explore and discover exciting roles within the ecosystem such as administrators, developers, consultants and project managers.

The role of a Salesforce apprentice will include some or all of the following responsibilities:

  • Understanding the role and importance of technology and in particular Salesforce technology within businesses
  • What and how things are carried out within business and how technology can support these processes
  • How to capture customer’s needs and requirements
  • Defining business processes
  • Analysis of requirements and outlining a solution
  • Designing and building/developing the solutions
  • Testing, deployment and training customer’s in the solution
  • Retaining customers through the development of sound relationships

Entry requirements

You’ll need to pass a face to face screening interview with our Talent Team (don’t worry, we’re a friendly bunch) and sit initial assessments in Maths and English.

Skills Required

During the apprenticeship, some of the main skills that you will learn and develop include:

  • Understanding Salesforce products, platform and the ecosystem
  • Helping customers get the most out of their products
  • Setup and implementation for new users / customers
  • Learning about how to set-up and run projects
  • Managing the people involved, and being part of, organising and running meetings
  • How to organise yourself and manage and record your time
  • Effective communication across all the people involved in a project
